Swish & Clip Dog Grooming

We are a small team of 2 experienced and city and guilds qualified dog groomers working from a salon based in Kingswinford village.

We work one to one with your dogs in a calm environment, we are also award winning, pet first aiders and fully insured so you can rest assured knowing your dog is in the best hands.

At swish and clip we are dedicated to making the grooming experience enjoyable for your dog. We adore every dog that walks through our salon doors and treat them as one of our own. We like to build a relationship with our customers and be completely transparent about the dogs experience and welfare, and talk about what we can do to improve this.

This is the 2nd time my boys have been to Stacey, they’re a Weimaraner & French Bulldog who were both extremely nervous first visit.

Terms and Conditions

Appointments
We take a non-refundable deposit for every booking. No appointments will be confirmed until deposit is received. Deposit is £15 per dog.

Cancellations
If less than 48 hours notice, 50% of grooming cost will be payable for cancelled appointments. If less than 24 hours or same day, full grooming fee is payable. No further appointments will be taken until these payments are received.

Fleas
If your dog is found with fleas then a £10 surcharge will be incurred to cover the cost of fumigating the salon and removing all fleas from the dog.

Matted Fur
If your dog is matted, there will be extra charges. Please mention this when booking in or come into the shop with your dog for a free consultation

Aggressive Dogs
If your dog shows unmanageable aggression during the groom, the groom will be stopped and the full groom price will be payable.

In-Season
No bitches in season, lactating or in pup.

Health Issues
If your dog has health problems, please mention when booking-in.
